During the year 2017 there was a total of 1,235 homes sold, with a selling price of $268,479.  In comparison in 2016 there was a total of 1,185 homes sold for the average price of $238,902.  This was an increase of 12.4%.  The price per square foot increased from $139 in 2016 to $152 in 2017.

1st Quarter 2017  vs 1st Quarter 2016 (January 1st - March 31st): There was a 13.2% increase in the price of homes sold in this quarter, and the average cost per square foot increased by 11.5%.
Prescott Valley has seen a nice increase in the price of homes sold the first nine months of the year.

January 1, 2019: Prescott Valley has a total of 176 active residential listings with an average list price of $344,761. There is also 78 pending listings.  There is 15 Mult-Family listings, 22 commercial listings and 199 vacant land listings. 
January - December 2018: For the year 2018 Prescott had a total of 1,712 homes sold.  The average sold price was $409,197  The average liveable square feet of 2,125 with a price per square foot of $273.09. The average days on the market for all homes sold was 67 days.
December - 2018: Prescott Valley had a total of 88 homes sold with an average price of $297,882.  The average liveable square feet of 1,721 which is a price of $169.52a square foot. The average agent days on market was only 46 days.

November 2018: Prescott Valley Arizona Home Sale Trends for November 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. In November 2018 there was a total of 89 homes sold in Prescott Valley, with an average sale price of $309,246, which was a increase from Nove. The 89 homes sold was the least since February 2018. The price per square foot for November was $171.65 which is about the same as August and July.  Homes sell quickly in Prescott Valley, with an average of slightly over 40 agent days on the market.  As of 12/1/18 there were 185 active listings, and 124 pending / pending taking-backups.

September 2018: Prescott Valley, Arizona Home Sale Trends for January through September 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. In September 2018 there was a total of 111 homes sold in Prescott Valley, with an average sale price of $295,972, which was a slight decrease from August 2019. The 111 homes sold was the most for any month of 2018. The price per square foot has been steadily rising month to month, with September being $174.57.  Homes sell quickly in Prescott Valley, with an average of slightly over 30 agent days on the market.  As of 10/1/18 there were 230 active listings, and 132 pending / pending taking-backups.

In July 2018 there was a total of 103 homes sold in Prescott Valley, with an average sale price of $279,463 and $171.92 per square foot. The average sold price decrease from June to July by 7.8%. Sold prices in Prescott Valley have stayed fairly consistent for the year around $280,000. Homes move fast with only 24 agent days on the market for the month of July.  As of 8/1/18 there were 212 active listings, and 146 pending / pending taking-backups.

In March 2018 there was a total of 102 homes sold in Prescott Valley, with an average sale price of $269,564 and $159.44 a square foot.  Homes move fast with only 41 agent days on the market.  As of 4/8/18 there were 107 active listings, 36 pending, and 112 pending taking-backups.

Homes sale trends in Prescott Valley: January and July 2019. Number of sold listings, average sold price, average price per square foot and agent days on market. There was an increase in the dollar amount year to year for July 2019 ($303,649) vs July 2018 ($279,464) which is over 8% increase.  However, sale trends from June to July showed a slight decline in the dollar amount of almost 3%.  The biggest increase was in the months of March & May with over 14% increase from the previous year.  Sale trends show that the lowest price per square foot was in January 2018 of $157.63, and the highest price per square foot was in July 2019 of $181.75. The trends for the number of homes sold showed a nice increase month to month in 2019, with a low of 73 homes sold in January 2019 to a high of 125 in July.
