January 1, 2019: Chino Valley has a total of 86 active residential listings with an average list price of $415,747. There is also 30 pending listings.  There is only two Mult-Family listings, 15 commercial listings and 140 vacant land listings. 

January - December 2018: For the year 2018 Chino Valley had a total of 453 homes sold.  The average sold price was $277,014.  The average liveable square feet of 1,785 with a price per square foot of $154.55. The average days on the market for all homes sold was 49 days.

December - 2018: Chino Valley had a total of 41 homes sold with an average price of $256,985.  The average liveable square feet of 1,633 which is a price of $153.33 a square foot. The average agent days on market was only 34 days.

The number of homes sold for November 2018 was 30 with the average price $264,069 and price per square foot of $158.40. The number of homes sold for September 2018 was 28 with the average price $330,173 and price per square foot of $171.44. As of 10/1/18, there are 90 active listings, and 61 pending / pending taking backup.

The number of homes sold for July 2018 was 47 with the average price $288,940 and price per square foot of $160.26. As of 8/1/18, there are 95 active listings, and 62 pending / pending taking backup.

The number of homes sold for March 2018 was 35 with the average price $254,650 and price per square foot of $150.17. As of 4/8/18, there are 70 active listings, 22 pending and 47 pending-taking backup.

During the year 2017 there was a total of 436 homes sold, with a selling price of $246,819.  In comparison in 2016 there was a total of 363 homes sold for the average price of $199,522.  This was an increase of 23.7%.  The price per square foot increased from $118 in 2016 to $141 in 2017.

2nd Quarter 2017  vs 2nd Quarter 2016 (April 1st - June 30th): There was a 17.7% increase in the price of homes sold in this quarter, and the average cost per square foot increased by 14.2%. 

1st Quarter 2017  vs 1st Quarter 2016 (January 1st - March 31st): There was a 25.7% increase in the price of homes sold in this quarter, and the average cost per square foot increased by 23.9%.

Chino Valley has seen a huge increase in the price of homes sold the first nine months of the year.

The price of home sales trends in Chino Valley has increased in the Price Per Square Foot from January 19 to July 19.  The price per square foot in January 2019 was $141.88 and in July the price per square foot was $171.18.  The price per square foot has increased over 20% since January.  Looking at year to year home sale trends the price has increased in May by 1.4% with a larger increase in April of a little over 15%.
