January 1, 2019: Dewey-Humboldt has a total of 76 active residential listings with an average list price of $361,501. There is also 28 pending listings.  There is only three Mult-Family listings, three commercial listings and 153 vacant land listings. 
January - December 2018:
 For the year 2018 Dewey-Humboldt had a total of 315 homes sold.  The average sold price was $274,526.  The average liveable square feet of 1,903 with a price per square foot of $148.16. The average days on the market for all homes sold was 66 days.

November 2018: Dewey-Humboldt Home Sale Trends for November 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. The month of November and October both has 25 homes sold for the month.  In November the average home sale price was $276,359 which was a 7.17% increase from last year. Home Sales sold in November had an increase of 6.74%% in sale price compared to October. The price per square foot was higher year to year, and also month to month.  As of 12/1/18 there are a total of 85 Active listings, and 51 Pending / Pending Taking-Backups.

September 2018: Dewey-Humboldt Home Sale Trends for September 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. The month of September had a slowdown in  number of homes sold with 23 homes sold with an average price of $276,152 which was a 19.4% increase from last year. Home Sales sold in September had an increase of 14.2% in sale price compared to August. The price per square foot was higher year to year, and also month to month.  As of 10/1/18 there are a total of 109 Active listings, and 42 Pending / Pending Taking-Backups.

July 2018: Dewey-Humboldt Home Sale Trends for July 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. The month of June had the largest number of homes sold with 38 homes sold with an average price of $274,961 which was a 9 1/2% increase from last year. Sales sold in July; however, the price per square foot was higher and average agent days on the market was on 27 days.  As of 8/1/18 there are a total of 89 Active listings, and 46 Pending / Pending Taking-Backups.

March 2018: Dewey-Humboldt Home Sale Trends for January through March 2018.  Number of homes sold, price of homes sold, average price per sq.ft. and days on the market. For the month of March there was 27 homes sold at and average sale price of $238,465, with the average price per square foot at $130.07.  As of 4/8/18 there are a total of 74 Active listings, 11 Pending, 22 Pending Taking-Backups.

1st Quarter 2017  vs 1st Quarter 2016 (January 1st - March 31st): There was a 12.6% increase in the price of homes sold in this quarter, and the average cost per square foot increased by 13.8%.
Dewey-Humboldt has seen a huge increase in the price of homes sold the first nine months of the year.
