The average sold price for Prescott in the month of August was: $421,486 with average square feet of 2,093.  Prescott Valley average sold price for the month of August was:  $312,032 with average square feet of 1,758.​ For the four communities, there was $138,567,294 of sold volume.

August 1, 2018 monthly home sale trends on active listings for Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humboldt Arizona.  Chino Valley has a total of 95 active listings with an average list price of $376,187, and an average price per square foot of $169.44.  Dewey-Humboldt has a total of 80 active listings with an average list price of $410,421, and an average price per square foot of $176,64.  Prescott Valley has a total of 212 active listings with an average listing price of $370,229 and an average price per square foot of $180.58.  Prescott tops the list with a total of 612 active listings with an average listing price of $547,687 and an average price per square foot of $215.13.

June 1, 2018 monthly statistical data and home sale tends for Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Prescott and Prescott Valley AZ.  Chino Valley has a total of 81 homes for sale which is approximately 2 months of inventory. The average listing price is $350,189 which is about $166.77 a square foot.

Dewey-Humboldt has a total of 85 home for sale, which works out to a little over 3 months of inventory. The average list price is $382,061 which is about 187.44 a square foot.

Prescott has a total of 519 homes for sale which is about 3 months of inventory.  The average list price is $586.636 which is about $213.61 a square foot.

Prescott Valley has a total of 165 homes for sale, which is only abut 1 1/2 months of inventory.  The average list price in Prescott Valley is $365,356 which is about $174.93 a square foot.

The breakdown of the active listings are: 12 Condominium's, 1 Modular, 86 Manufactured / Mobile Homes, 730 Site Built homes and 20 Townhouses. There was a total of 317 homes sold for the month of May, with an average price of $326,179 and a price per square foot of $165.79.

On April 7, 2018 there was a total of 660 active listings, 135 pending listings and 332 pending taking-backups.  Prescott has the most active listings with 409, followed by Prescott Valley with 86 active listings. The home sale trends for the quarter 01/01/18 through 03/31/18 there was a total of 761 homes sold in the Quad-City area.  Prescott sold the most homes with 348, with an average home sale price if $397,453, followed by Prescott Valley with an average price for the quarter of $277,120.  Chino Valley home sale trends showed a robust market with 86 homes sold, at an average price of $261,085.  Dewey-Humboldt had a total of 72 homes sold at an average home sale price of $273,680.

On March 1, 2018 there was a total of 621 active listings, 138 pending listings, and 319 pending taking backups.  The listing are broken down as follows: Chino Valley has 79 active listings, 20 pending listings and 44 listings pending taking backups.  Dewey-Humboldt has 69 active, 8 pending and 31 pending taking backups.  Prescott has the largest selection of active homes with 358.  Prescott also has 76 pending listings and 137 pending taking backups.  Prescott Valley has 115 active listings, 34 pending and 107 pending taking backups. 
On January 21, 2018 there was a total of 632 active listings, 108 pending listings, and 283 pending taking backups.  The listing are broken down as follows: Chino Valley has 83 active listings, 16 pending listings and 44 listings pending taking backups.  Dewey-Humboldt has 69 active, 8 pending and 25 pending taking backups.  Prescott has the largest selection of active homes with 358.  Prescott also has 57 pending listings and 122 pending taking backups.  Prescott Valley has 122 active listings, 27 pending and 92 pending taking backups.

On January 1st 2018 the average listing price of active listings are: Chino Valley, $348,682, Dewey-Humboldt $402,953, Prescott $610,914 and Prescott Valley $506,585.

As of November 12, 2017 there was a total of 787 active residential listings in the Quad-City are consisting of Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey-Humboldt.  Prescott had the most active listings with 442, followed by Prescott Valley with 167, Chino Valley with 97 and Dewey-Humboldt with 80 active listings. There was also a total of 1,587 vacant land listings, with Prescott having the most at 1,087, Prescott Valley with 221, Chino Valley with 141 and Dewey-Humboldt with 138.

There was a total of 345 homes sold in the month of October with Prescott having the most homes sold with 154 with an average sold price of $416,081, followed by Prescott Valley with 128 homes sold with an average price of $289,106. Chino Valley had 36 homes sold with and average price of $258,135, and Dewey-Humboldt has 27 homes sold with an average price of $258,301.

As of October 1st, 2017 Chino Valley had 108 active listings; Dewey-Humboldt had 88 active listings, Prescott had 520 active listings and Prescott Valley had 182 active listings.  The average list price for each community is as follows: Chino Valley, $324,935; Dewey-Humboldt, $366,917; Prescott, $600,365; and Prescott Valley, $331,523. ​ 

The 3rd quarter of 2017 compared to 3rd quarter of 2016 (Jul - Sep):

Chino Valley had a 21.8% increase in the price of sold homes ($252,872 vs $207,573), with the month of September having the largest increase of 34.5%.

Dewey-Humboldt had a 8.3% increase in the price of sold homes ($249,217 vs $230,145), with the month of September having the largest increase of 19.3%.

Prescott had a 6.7% increase in the price of sold homes ($386,970 vs $362,633), with the month of July having the largest increase of 9%.

Prescott Valley had a 4% increase in the price of sold homes ($263,446 vs $253,338), with the month of September having the largest increase of 6.9%.

The market statistics for homes sold in Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona for the first half of 2017 in comparison to 2016 are below.
From January through June 2017 there was 1,749 homes sold.  During the same period in 2016 there were 1,604 homes sold.  The price difference was a little over a 10% increase, and price per square foot showed the largest increase of a little over 40%. 
The second quarter of 2017 – April 1st through June 30th, there was a total of 1,011 homes sold in 2017 and there were 913 sold in 2016.  There was a 9.64% increase in the price of homes, and a little over 8% increase in the price per square foot.
The first quarter of 2017 – January 1st through March 31st, there was a total of 738 homes sold in 2017 and 691 sold in 2016.  There was almost a 11% increase in the price of homes, and the same for the price per square foot.

Prescott Valley has 209 active listings which breaks down to 21 Manufactured / Mobile, 3 Patio Homes, 182 Site Built Single Family homes, and 3 Townhomes.  Currently there is 168 Pending listings.
